Villa Ahlvar rests above the famous beach of Kalo Livadi, home of the equally famous beach clubs Solymar and Blue Marlin, all framed with an endless view of the surrounding sea.
The Villa holds up to 13 double bedrooms depending of configuration and is almost 600 sqm big on a lot of over 5000 sqm. It has a big heated pool together with a private nightclub, a large outdoor taverna plus the only padel tennis court in Mykonos. The location is perfect, close to the beaches yet secluded with very few neighbouring houses.
